針對台灣啤酒籃球隊5日出戰彰化璞園柏力力籃球隊一役發生罷賽憾事，台啤籃球隊尊重並接受中華民國籃球協會後續相關懲處，並對球隊助理教練哈孝遠予以內部懲處，扣薪2個月，且剩餘例行賽禁賽。
罷賽行為係屬非理性手段不可取，台啤籃球隊為此向SBL超級籃球聯賽球迷、球隊與籃協致上最深切的歉意，在此同時也會對球隊內部進行內部紀律教育，避免日後重蹈覆徹。
台啤籃球隊長久以來致力於培育基層籃球，支持並推廣台灣籃運，盼能和籃協與SBL球隊持續攜手努力打造更健全與公平的競賽環境，為台灣籃球盡最大心力。
